The process

Five stages, published in full. An award is only worth what its process is worth, so this one is written down.

Nominations

Eligible organizations, destinations, individuals and experiences can be submitted. Anyone may nominate, including the nominee. There is no fee to enter, and no fee is ever charged to be shortlisted or to win.

One nomination form per nominee, per category
A nominee may be entered in up to three categories
Individuals must consent to being nominated

Eligibility Review

Submissions are checked against category requirements. We confirm that the nominee exists, operates in Pakistan, was active during the eligibility period and holds any licence its activity requires. Where something is unclear, we ask.

Operating in Pakistan during the past twelve months
Verifiable information and working contact details
Licences and registrations current, where they apply
Category-specific rules, published on each award page

Shortlist

Qualified entries are considered for the annual shortlist. Entries that pass review become Official Nominees and are published on this site. The strongest in each category go forward as Finalists.

Finalists selected on the published evaluation areas alone

Judging / Voting

Finalists are scored by an independent jury against the evaluation areas published for their category. Each juror scores alone. Jurors declare conflicts of interest and step back from any category where they have one.

The programme is built to support a public or verified-industry vote alongside the jury. If a vote is introduced, it will be announced in advance, clearly labelled, and its weight published. No public vote is active for 2027.

Winners are announced at the awards ceremony and published here the same night.

Recognition you can display

Three seals. One standard.

Official Nominees, Finalists and Winners each receive a dated seal for their website, reception desk and printed material. The seals are free. They may be used only by the organization named, for the year and category stated.

Nominations for 2027 are open. It takes about fifteen minutes, and anyone can nominate.
